“Macy's was a great experience. I went Christmas shopping today at the men's section and Irene demonstrated a variety of colognes and I ended up choosing Dior for a gift. Irene and her coworker kindly wrapped it for me which was a big advantage, with holidays and all. I also went to the women's department, and I wish I could remember her name, but I forgot to ask.Bummer. “This is a review of the staff at the Thousand Oaks store not the chain itself. In the past two months we have ordered two large sets of furniture. Both times staff went out of their way to assist us and make sure we got what we wanted, including calling other stores to get extra chairs to complete our outdoor set we needed right away. While corporate, they made us feel more like a mom and pop operation. (Just try and wait for the sales!)”
