  Great staff, especially Stephanie at the registration desk. This is a very old property in the process of badly needed renovations and it's right on the freeway, but it's priced as such and it's also next to the beach. We set our expectations accordingly and had a great stay. We had an ocean-view room with a private balcony & fireplace. The room is old, but has some modern updates and it's clean. Memory foam king bed is super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll absolutely stay here again.

  4 stars because; though construction never seems to progress, and parts are condemned or closed with temporary fencing, its still a beautiful property. The employees seem to really want you to have a good experience. They go extra to make you comfy. For the price I paid, it’s a good value. Austin’s Restaurant is REALLY GOOD!! Definitely have a meal there! Compliments to the chef.

  The hotel was great. The staff was so helpful and friendly Gabriel checked us in and he was so nice and helpful. When we checked out Stefan and Gary helped us and they were great, they helped us book our next stay. We went to the restaurant on site Austen’s the staff and food were awesome so good! The night time servers Becca and Liz were great and the morning servers Angel and Martin were very good as well. We will definitely be back the room we had was also so nice and very clean!

  Love, love, loved this place. Room was brand new and very nice. The restaurant had wonderful food. The staff was amazing to me, my boyfriend and our pooch. Extremely dog friendly. The grounds are beautiful.
