  Great rates. Great views. Great room. Great area. Great staff. What else do you need.
  
  They were remodeling some fo the rooms when we were there. Not noisy at all, but did signal that they are making a lot of improvements to the hotel. It's cute and quirky, no fancy stuff, but then again, I am not staying there for fancy. It was nice to sleep with the sliding door open all night and listen to the ocean and wake up to the smell of the fresh salty air.
  
  Everything worked in our room. I have no complaints about this hotel. Probably one of the best I have stayed in, and Ive been to Vegas a few times. You don't get there what you get here.

  Excellent location. Staff very helpful. Bed linens clean, bathroom clean, rooms comfortable. Carpeting old and dated but did not detract from our stay. We would stay there again. We almost did not stay there because of some of the reviews but so glad we did!

  Quiet, clean rooms with a small gas fire place, jetted tub on the bathroom and a porch facing the ocean. To get to the beach you have to walk out the door and around the building. The room is small, but sufficient. It us a great value for the money. It has at least restaurants on the same block, a sushi restaurant, American food and pub food with at least one of them serving clam chowder. Hotel serves continental breakfast in the morning. Coffee, o.j., pastries, muffins, cold cereal, oatmeal, milk.

  Friendly staff, amazing rooms and view! We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay for 3 days. Jay took such good care of us, as did the rest of the staff. We will definitely be back to stay again!

  This Inn is literally right on the beach. Great view from the ground floor and easy access to the beach! The staff is nice and provides excellent service. There are a lot of good restaurants around and places to explore. Enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!
