Dresses all black clothes always the same clothes. Pretty sure he lives in the park along with a hand full of other people. “My friends and I have been going to Dome Springs for 19 years now. We grew up together as kids and 30+ years later we meet here once or twice a year for a reunion. It's a quiet place and not a lot of traffic comes through because of its location. Usually Highway patrol comes in the morning, Rangers mid day, and Sheriff at night to check on things but really thats it. Love it and we will continue to go there for as long as we can.”
