“I went in on December 14, 2022 for a medical exam for my new job. My employers were right that I was going to have to wait from 1-3 hours but it’s understandable as there extremely busy venue. So, I don’t blame them for that. As I waited a Lady came in demanding to be seen as she had just smashed her finger in her car door. 😒 she was staring her problem was way more important and that it was urgent - as stated in the name of the facility. Let me remind you. There is so many of us who have appointments and have been waiting well over 2 hours. She came in saying this needs to be seen and checked and blah, blah. Acting like she is dying when the goofy hit her finger on her own door. When they told her they could see her but she would have to wait like everyone else. She lost it - I was extremely close into telling her to gtfoh. But the front station nurse did an amazing job in remaining clam and then calling over the manager. Manager handled this Karen amazingly! Told her she needed To wait but she could be seen or if she didn’t want to wait she could go to the hospital. She snapped saying it was urgent once again 🤦🏻‍♀️ acting like if she’s going to die. People, once again was redirected. Her level of disrespect was extremely uncalled for- even though they were giving her options She did not like them. It’s ridiculous. She finally left with opening the door with her foot. But overall office handled this crazy lady amazingly. My medical exam was easy, the doctor was mellow and explained things very well. I also thought for one minute I was Greys anatomy 😂 as how cute the doctor was. But that’s not the point. The point is they were extremely professional and made my appointment fun.”
