“So I’m looking around for some Taro Root and I live right by the store so I decided to go and see if this store carried this item after all I had heard great things from my mother in-law and my wife who frequently visit, so I go inside and ask Pablo the owner if he has any he directs me to the section where there is yuca plantain and so forth so I tell him oh well it was worth a shot we start talking about what the Taro looks like and this and that long story short he tells me “you know what, come by Saturday and I’ll have it for you!” No JOKE I called on Saturday to make sure it was there and it was! The owner went and brought some just for me! Now I don’t know about you but that’s what I call customer service and. Passion for people and his business! “Well! Watch out for Chase bank to! I thought they were good to,I banked with them for 5 years never had no problem! Then all of sudden someone I don’t know who cashed a $5000 check at the bank and signed my name! Well I had proof it wasn’t me,even showed them I had Identity theft on my IRS account! I had fraud alerts on all the major credit bureaus ! Trans union,Equafax,Experian! They still said I was responsible for paying the check that was no good that they cashed without notifying me! Hell my signature didn’t even match the signature on the check! None of it mattered, that was 3 years ago, anyway that’s how I ended up with Union Bank”

“Great Wells Fargo branch! If I ever had a question that they couldn't answer, they pull their supervisor and both of them talk with me until I understand what's going on. A lot of the staff seem to be bilingual. Bankers always greet you as I walk in and if one of them can help speed up the process and bypass the line they do. I don't have a car so getting around town is a bit of a challenge, but I go out of my way to visit this branch specifically every time.”
