“Great bank for business account. My gardening business is seasonal and in the winter my account stays pretty low. I switched to Comerica from Chase a couple years ago because Chase required a minimum balance to avoid fees. Never had a problem with Comerica. The other thing I like is I can call the branch and someone at the branch helps me instead of a call center minion.”

The customer services is at a higher level than the "Big" banks; and they will cater to your business needs. I have had good success at all branches; but my local brank is SEM and the Manager, Mike, and his entire crew provide excellent service.
