He also checked on the line to see if everyone was doing okay and that it'd just be a little longer. Though those are fairly easy things to do, lots of people don't do them so it's refreshing when it happens. This bank I near my home so it was already convenient but knowing amazing customer service will be delivered every time I show up, really adds to the experience. Thanks John.”

“The bank is open late and 7days a week, which makes it A+ in my book. Its conveniently located inside a grocery store where I shop. The customer service reps have been respectful, kind and helpful...They can't help the long lines if many people are banking there due to the convenient late hours and location and all 4 windows are usually open. I've gone in on several occasions when there was no line at all...during rush hour when there are long lines it is a hassle to wait, but I'm glad they're open.”
