“This Startbucks stand inside Ralph's is very clean. I noticed that the Barista was dusting & cleaning during downtime; but instantly greeted me with a smile as I was walking up to the counter. That smile absolutely made my day! I'm a super regular; almost everyday Starbucks girl; so I can be pretty indecisive about what I want depending on the weather & my mood! The Barista waited patiently for me to order as I was thinking out loud & even recommended things & possible adjustments based on my taste. Very few Starbucks around has this kind of patient & service. I give this Barista 2 thumbs up! After 5 minutes of contemplating my taste buds on this foggy day. I wad torn between my Plain Jane Caffè Latte or the new Matcha Green Tea Latte. The Batista noticed the details of my thinking out loud & reminded me that I mentioned that I like my coffee strong & hot but my tea iced. That instantly made me feel good & helped Mr pick to start my morningmy usual hot Grande Caffè Latte with less milk. I will definitely be back over & over again since my dentist is right next door to Ralph's with my favorite Starbucks stand that puts customer service & satisfaction as their top priority. Its either that or they really know how to pick their perfect Barista to get the job done!”

Not only did he have a great attitude and personality but he went above and beyond to serve the customers, by even walking around and making sure we had everything we needed and if we had any trash to Throw away. That was something I have yet to see, and I could tell he was genuinely happy to help. I was eating here with my wife and 6 month old son, and having his help was a blessing from this young man.
