They don’t cover registration or title transfers so expect to get a car from them like purchasing a car from a private seller. I think that’s how they keep the prices low. In many ways I think this is why they were patient and kind. She understood me and the weight of the car buying decision. She never once pushed me, talked over, or "over sold" the car. However, there a very few women on their staff in Sales and I think it is important that the car dealership mirrors the demographics/diversity of car buyers. I wish there were more women on the Sales floor for us female buyers, so that we can have positive car buying experiences like I had with Daniella.”
