It was absolutely hassle-free to arrange an appointment. The owner was extremely caring and professional throughout. After inspection, he gave me a proper explanation of the car issues, quoted reasonable prices (no exorbitant labour charge unlike most other places), gave me time to come to a decision and (after deciding which issues I wanted resolved) gave me his own car keys for the time they worked on my car! The owner treats you like family and really takes care of you. I recently returned from my long drive and the car handled really smooth.
