“This review is extremely late so apologize to the owner and workers on this but I had the full exterior and interior auto detail service done with my 2019 Honda HRV Sport (with leather interior) and they did a fantastic job. It was the first time I had a detail done to my car and even my car wasn't too bad in the interior, they made it look like a new car. The owner was very informative and nice throughout my service and the employee who did the whole detail was amazing. “The price for the two key fobs they programmed for me was very fair. I provided the fobs myself as Dodge couldn’t get the ones I needed until wednesday and I found them on Amazon for overnight delivery. Dodge got me in first thing Monday morning, which was impressive considering that I called them on Saturday afternoon! I almost never use the dealership for work on my vehicles because of what I feel is over pricing big time. But in this case I was stuck having to use them because my one and only key fob was destroyed by my dog!! But the price was fair and the service got done right. So good job this time to Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler down there! The only reason its four stars is because I brought it in at 9am and it took the whole day to get it back. But I never expect to get my vehicle back quickly at any shop I take it to. So again, over all, I am very pleased with this service they performed for me. Mike”

“I first went to the american tire depot next door and they told me it was gonna be 4 hours I had no choice because my tires were ripped. My brother takes a walk and comes here and just asks if they had it the nice lady at the desk said their person was actually getting tires right now and she could get me next in queue at ATD they had 9 people before me. I said f it ill come here and right away they started assessing the problem. Not only was it cheaper, they were better quality tires than the ones ATD was going to give me. Like any work on a car it’s expected to take a couple hours and I dont mind because I trust that they’re doing everything to make sure I leave satisfied! Their waiting area is huge and the seats are nice. I see the negative reviews and I just see them as people who love to complain for no reason and think they know more than the professionals. The lady at the desk does her job in a professional manner people expect a servant and shes not she is a professional and talks to you like an adult, no bs no sugar coating nothing. I had a great experience here what made it even better was the technician Gabriel he came up to me and explained the situation with one of my front rims and recommended that I get it repaired to a professional because it wouldn't seal correctly and was honest by saying he didn’t feel comfortable trying to fix it himself I liked that. Honesty. It eventually sealed on its own. Plus he was such a sweetheart and handsome.”

It was an out of pocket repair and they helped discount the cost. They're quick, honest and provide straight forward estimates and turn around time. “What a great mechanic shop that I have been looking for many years! It’s been hard to find a great mechanic shop since I moved to Corona which is not far from Yorba Linda. I found this shop through my friend when I had a ten years old van that had multiple issues. The owner, Ken checked throughly all issues and showed me all details so I understood how severe it is. I ended up buying a used Lexus GX460 instead of repairing all upcoming repairs of the van. And he checked throughly GX460 again and repaired brakes and rotors which I need immediately. He is one of the best mechanics and a honest person. You won’t regret if you check your car at RC Automotive. What an awesome company! Thank you!”
