“I have both my cars serviced here so much it’s crazy how this guy has any bad reviews. First and foremost Victor is straightforward. He doesn’t have time to joke with you or discuss things with you. They find something wrong with your car he tells you right away and asks do you want to fix it. No one is bending your arm here. The quality of work he has done is superb. I have replaced a timing belt, rotors (only because they don’t resurface here) a side view mirror on a newer Honda, alignment and the countless oil changes. You won’t get better deal on the quality of work they are doing here. Everyone I’ve encountered is friendly enough but I’m not going out of my way to make new friends. Even after moving further away I still bring both my vehicles here. Thank you Victor and all the mechanics. If you decide to come here don’t wait till closing because they sometimes get backed up here.”

“I was having a pretty miserable day and they straightened everything right out. I drove over a board with a nail in it at the dump in a rental truck and the tire went flat pretty much immediately. None of the tools were in the truck so I had no jack and couldn't remove the spare. Did a quick patch, limped it to Ernie's, and Ryan was able to get the spare out of there, swapped it on, and topped all four wheels off with air. Saved me hours of waiting for a tow. I'll be returning here the next time I need maintenance.”

“All I can say is wow for the service received here. I brought two of my vehicles in for alignments and they were both done within 40 minutes! The tech and counter person both knowledgeable and showed the before and after of the alignment adjustments. Location is convenient right off the 198 freeway. Parking is tight but there’s room for what they can handle. The waiting room also small however there’s a nice sitting area across the way at the coffee bar.”

The level of service Kamy and his team gave on pre sale and post sale was on the same level we give our customers. Kamy walked me through the process and was very accommodating to all my questions and needs. We had a few warranty issues once we got back to Florida and started using the truck. Once again Ray was exceptional in handling this and getting warranty repair setup and was great answering my questions.
