Very few non-specialty shops will work on a Saab, but after repairing my alternator (for less than the part costs at Saab shop), the car ran better than it has in years. Raul is a great mechanic with a winning attitude and never sits still. If you watch the way he works under the car, you see that he REALLY inspects the vehicle using his eyes and hands to make sure he catches things that need attention. I will use them for as many repairs that don't require special tools as I can.”
