“I am extremely happy with this repair shop....i am always a skeptic, especially when I have to hire someone to work on my car. I am always super leery when I have a mechanic work on a vehicle. They are notorious for charging for work that doesn't need to be done. Other times I've had mechanics do a horrible job and charging an outrageous price. Before I took my car to this place I even resorted to learning how to do some repairs on my own. That's how much I didn't trust repair shops. (BTW I'm a 48 year old woman). So for me to say that this place has mechanics working here that are honest handle their job with integrity, are professional, and skilled in their trade says a lot. They explained everything! They gave me multiple options on how I wanted to proceed. Very reasonable with price, and I ended up with a car that drove good as new when they were done. They inspected everything for me. Gave me advice on a couple things I wasn't doing that were important in order to prolong the life of my vehicle. They were great. I will always, always take my Toyota here. They won me over. Depending on the work of the car and parts arriving did take a while about a month till I received my car back. So do recommend going in person with any questions or updates.Other than that good body work no issues with my vehicle. Madison and the manager there made sure to take care of me.
