I brought in my Mercedes-Benz E430 to them twice in two different occasions where I received courteous and precise repair once related to my radiator replacement and than to my staburn climate control problem after getting the run around with a previous mechanic whom have given up on fixing it for me. They used computer scanners to identify the problem within minutes and concluded with a definite root cause to the problem. “I had to post this place only because I had to visit and drop off this water heater. Years ago I used to drop off metal here that I never used. One time I had a boat trailer and I cut up then brought it down to this place and they gave me $35 for scrap metal. Another time I dropped off 200 pounds of mixed metal weights iron and other scrap that weren't separated they gave me less so it's best to separate your Metals in order to get the right price . This water heater was supposed to get picked up from those people who drive around picking up free scrap metal . He never showed up so now I'll dump my own stuff from now on hopefully you can do the same. I wish I could tell you the hours but here is a picture maybe it'll help they also have a phone number you can call and find out. Drive up to the window to weigh the material and have your I.D. ready. Let them know what kind of material you have best to separate that way you get a better price. Free if you're dropping off no problem let them know and drive to the back and dump it at gate five.”

“Started out late January of 2022. Hit something on the freeway and ended up damaging my fender and rocker panel. Went to a shop in Fremont since the Tesla collision center was closed during that time. The Fremont shop forgot to order my parts. Anyways, finally got my appointment to the San Jose Tesla collision center and was told 1 month to fix. I got a call within two weeks from Tesla telling me that my car was fixed and ready for pickup. They did a decent job. What made my experience better was Valeria who was assisting me while i picked up my car. She showed first class assistance to customers. That makes a huge difference to just getting your car back. You get your car back without frustration. She was awesome and a delight to talk to.”

Air conditioning compressor went out on a new Nissan Frontier nut had reached 38,000 miles so just outside of warranty (Selma Nissan service department said “nothing lasts forever” when called about the new vehicle repair - ouch) but Ono’s: *diagnosed the problem *did a rush for me getting the part (hard to get since new trucks don’t need such repairs do soon) *billed my extended warranty that I purchased (thankfully) I was back to work quickly and dealing with the repair shop was the most pleasant part of the experience. I’m new to California but I’ve found my go-to vehicle repair shop. Great oil changes, too. 🙂”
