“When my Subaru Outback is due for maintenance I always come here. Its really easy to get an appointment within the next couple days. The check in process is always smooth. Every technician that I've encountered has always been super knowledgeable, and they never push things on me that my car doesn't need. When I came in for a service, they noticed a nail in my tire & instead of trying to sell me a whole new set of tires-they simply told me to go to where I got my tires *because they were still under warranty.* My rear breaks needed replacements and they didn't try to sell me on my front breaks as well *because they still had life in them. Any time they can, they apply promotional deals to any service applicable. I recently brought my car in for an 80k maintenance & I had a coupon for it & even though my car applied for the coupon the technician said she would have used it even if I was a little under the mileage. No one would come out in the middle of the night when it was pouring outside. When they showed up it was really fast. 10 minutes and they were there. After I was hooked up the driver (I forget his name) took me to a store so i could get something hot to drink. Great conversation on the way home.
