I was there for the wheel alignment, and also asked for the tire rotation. When the technician took off the wheels, he inspected the suspension components and took a few clear pictures of the parts seriously worn out. The pictures were sent to my mobile phones instantly, and Jimmy clearly explained the issues and made the suggestion. Jimmy didn’t push me to make the decision right away, and didn’t even charge me for the tire rotation and the inspection when I left. I was back in a few hours and had them replace the parts and finish the alignment works. Great job!”

I do grow somewhat frustrated by their inability to accept certain types of credit cards; it seems like they need to adopt a touchless payment method and not add on additional fees for cards that they aren’t fond of. If they are genuinely trying to curb credit card theft, allow for a contactless payment method or cash at the pumps, without additional fees.”
