Oil changes and tire rotations can all be done in less than half an hour with very fair prices. If you are concerned that there is something wrong with your car, he’ll quickly diagnose and let you know if you actually need to do anything or assurance that you’re good to go. Service is fast and the entire crew is friendly and professional. Never any up-selling—just the facts and honest options. I recently went in to swap my snow tires and they checked my breaks (standard process) I was told that the front has reached recommended limit but the rears were still good for a while.. it would have been easy to simply recommend that I get all four replaced but honesty seemed the priority and so I just replaced the front so I could spread out the cost (still reasonable and competitive!). I had already been aware and had a new pump, so they just did the A/C work and I later replaced my pump. Love places that will notice things and suggest but not be pushy about it. This one is by far the best firestone in the Wilson county area. Others I have been displeased with and came back to here.”
