I just needed to send a pic of the chip and he replayed with a quote. We met right away to repair my windshield chip within 30 minutes after my call. “I mean very convenient and you get what you expect. The only annoying thing about the kiosks is the "shade screen" which is helpful during the summers isn't especially helpful during cloudier days. In fact, it's bothersome to not be able to keep it up. I have used the kiosks here more than a handful of times, but I remember 1 or 2 times when the discs were not in the case. Just contact redbox and they will take care of it. Overall, it's what you would expect.”
