“I've been a patron of this auto repair shop for years. Mohsen, the owner is highly knowledgeable with all makes and models of cars. He is also very explanatory about what it takes to resolve your car issues. You may catch him at the shop on certain days, but if not, Larry is your guy. He's full of humor and quite funny! Larry knows his stuff about cars too! Overall, they're an honest and customer serviced oriented repair shop. Their price points for vehicle maintenance is very competitive. I don't ever recall having to return any of my vehicles to them for something that wasn't done right the first time. The only down side is, at times they may be understaffed with mechanics.”

In particular I want to state my appreciation to Service Rep Ryan Preston. I am a new camper and when equipment didn't seem to be operating correctly Ryan was able to listen to what I was saying and have items checked out. I greatly appreciate the fact that he listened to what was happening and was able to work with the technicians and investigate the issues. I also appreciate the fact that Ryan took time with me; answering my many questions as a newbie RV owner, never rushed me or talked down to me because I was a woman. This is the true value of a service center! There are a million things to learn when you are a beginner and the barely an hour of 'orientation' given at the Sales office was helpful more is needed. I also appreciated the updates. I needed to wait at the center and updates are always appreciated. I want to learn why or why not something is working and how to prevent issues in the future.
