“I have been a customer with Allen Tire for 15-20 years. They have always been a good provider of auto repair, maintenance and care services. I really appreciate that they stand by their work. On April 6th of 2021, I had my car towed to the Midlothian location the night before, due to a misfire problem which occurred while traveling with my family back to Virginia from South Carolina. They promptly diagnosed the cause of the misfire and fixed it the same day. About a year earlier, I had a tune-up performed by their Forest Hill store. The Midlothian store pulled the records for that tune-up and honored the repair under the warranty. These days, car repair and maintenance can be quite expensive. It is good to know that there are Auto repair and maintenance providers that stand behind their work. All these years, it has been a wonderful comfort to know I can trust Allen Tire with all my cars' maintenance and repair work.”

However, as a woman, I felt like they tried upsetting me from what I chose and did a bit of scare tactic patching my tire rather than replacing it for a small hole with a nail still in there. I also felt that my business wasn't priority and that they went back and forth a lot with other customers when it was my turn and I had to remind them to do little things I had requested when I brought the car in, and that I was inconveniencing them by asking again after I paid and was about to leave.”
