After picking up my car, I listened to the squeaking sound while breaking, but I hadn't heard the sound again. Today my husband took the car in for a long drive, but he didn't hear the squeaking sounds anymore. I am pleased with the overall service from Envision Toyota of Milpitas. I am satisfied with the service given by the service consultant Purval and the technician who was able to fix the issue with my car. I will give them 5 stars. Just wish they wash my car. Lol.”

“Came here yesterday with an issue with my gas pedal which scarily became unoperable while driving. I am very lucky I wasn't in a car accident. I had my truck towed to this shop, which was recommended to me by "Good Sam Roadside Assistance" which is the same type of company like AAA and Eric and the rest of the mechanics were fantastic! They were able to fix my gas pedal better than the factory even. I had a very rare issue with the factory welds failing. Causing the plate that the gas pedal bracket mounts to; to sway back and forth and not work when applying pressure to the pedal. These guys were creative and fixed this very bizarre problem. I also noticed a new sound that I didn't have before and I took it back in to the shop the very next day and they quickly were very helpful in helping me find out where this annoying rattling noise was coming from. They even had me ride in the truck with one of the head mechanics to make sure I was satisfied with my truck. Ended up being just a simple rusty bolt that attaches to the front bumper. These guys are extremely honest and trustworthy and super cool, down to earth guys who are easy to talk to. If you are looking for a good, honest mechanic who is reasonable in this side of town, THIS IS the one.”

“Got a sidewall puncture in one of my EV tires on a Saturday while delivering Amazon packages in Lake Elsinore. Called a few well known tire shops in the area and they didn't want my business. It was about 1:00 PM. Called Fast Tire and Auto Service. They said they were busy but would fit me in. On arrival the counter person said please be patient and mention the jobs ahead of me. Twenty five minutes later I hit the road 👍”

“Pete is great! I used to get my "premium" oil changes at Jiffy Lube but didn't know they would use the smallest, cheapest, and worst oil filters for my Audi. These guys showed me what a good filter looks like and removed that cheap one within minutes. They are honest, fast and good people that know European cars like Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes Benz, and know they also work on the Mini. They know a lot about cars and had great discussions about potential issues and knowing how much certain parts cost so I can budget next time. All you need in LA is a good mechanic and Pete is the best.”

“The service advisor Robert was rude when I came back to pick up my vehicle he saw me but didn't bother to assist me, he was busy gossiping with another guy in his office so of course I can't interrupt the chisme with something as pitiful as paying for the service to my vehicle and getting it back😒 Another friendly advisor walked over to me and asked if I needed assistance and further did assist me, he was awesome I wish I could've gotten his name. “PERMANENTLY CLOSED due to Ed's passing. Ed and his son have been very proficient and professional. I was referred to them by another mechanic in Long Beach. I initially took a 2006 PT Cruiser that needed a new PCM (computer brain) among several other issues, and Ed's Auto Electric were amazing at diagnosing that twice I was sold a defective part from an online store. Finally, they ordered a part for me for almost the same price! They fixed all that was wrong with the car and were extremely fair in the total charges, the car runs great, I'm so glad that I was referred to them. They both posses extensive knowledge about anything related to the mechanics of vehicles of just about any make and is not limited to electrical mechanics. Their pricing is both fair & competitive to other pop-shops and in my experience I've gotten a lot more for my money at Ed's than I have at other comparable places. These guys know what they're doing - I highly recommend Ed's Auto Electric. If they don't do it, they'll recommend someone competent that does. To ensure timely service, I suggest that you call ahead to get a window of time that is best for both of you. There is VERY limited space in the lot so when you call, you may want to ask where to park when you get there.
