“had a problem with my 2009 Audi A4 and I took it to two different certified Audi VW shops and they both could not figure out the problem . One of the shops tried to fool me to pay $520 by replacing the fuel sensor, but I did not pay anything. I took it to Audi Bakersfield and unfortunately they kept the car for two days and could not find the problem either. I found BSR online and told myself, let me give it a try. Taht's when I met Alex and Augustine. Alex was responsible to fix my car and he told me from the beginning that he will find the problem, which must be an electrical issue. Finally Alex gave me a call that the cluster needs to be replaced and reprogrammed. He replaced the cluster and made sure everything was alright and he called twice after i took the car to make sure if everything is alright. After this experience, this is the only shop I trust in Bakersfield. Overwhelming, helpful and experts.”

“I was completely blown away by the service and professionalism that Houston provided. Over the last few years, I had reluctantly accepted that it's easier and cheaper to just by a new piece of equipment instead of tracking down a professional repair person. The idea of more plastic and metal in a landfill was even more bothersome than the hassle of scheduling large item pickup combined with the expense of buying new. Not to mention the associated chore of breaking down yet another box that seems to be a part time job these days. Just having someone pickup and drop off a wood chipper that is repaired and ready for use, is worth the cost of a new one just to avoid the hassle. Add to that that it costs much, much less and keeps it out of landfill makes it a no brainier.. Don't chuck it, have Houston fix it! Space Age is the best. I'm so glad to have such a valuable local resource and cannot recommend highly enough. Don't let the name fool you, he fixes electric motorized equipment as well. Thanks Houston!”
