Then he gave me the price and explained any potential variables that could increase the price, if things needed replaced. He mentioned that a loaner vehicle was available, which is always a nice luxury from an Independent shop. The service only took a few hours, then we picked up a washed vehicle and paid the same amount Scott told me it would be. Support Independent shops and help your wallet! “Took my 08 Highlander to Fernando for a 60k mile service a few months ago. He got me in same day then. I wasn’t quite ready for an oil change, but kind of heard a funny noise while taking the kids to school. I was going to wait a week and mention it during an oil change, but decided I would swing by and see if Fernando wasn’t too busy to maybe guess what was wrong. I got there and didn’t even turn my car off and he came out to look under the hood. The faint noise I heard while driving was much louder outside the car. Fernando said it wasn’t the motor but he would have to take it apart to say for sure and said not to drive it. He called me before I even had time to get home to tell me it was the water pump. He said it would be done the next day. He called at 9am the next day to say it was ready. I price checked and he was much less then any where else I had called, so I confirmed it was a new Toyota part and he said yes. He showed me the old part when I picked up my car. The shop isn’t fancy and there isn’t much parking, but don’t let that stop you from going there.”

Not many places can send updates via text messages which is so convenient for me. They helped work with the other party's insurance to streamline the entire repair process. I especially appreciated the effort and care they took to obtain original manufacturer parts rather than lower quality after market parts. My car is good as new now and all thanks the guys at JP Auto Body. Hopefully I don't need to visit them anytime soon, but I will be recommending them to friends and family.”
