He made a turn and when I turned to follow, the car I thought I was following was parked. It was dark and I had forgotten my cell phone needless to say...I was LOST. “What great customer service this establishment has. I called to check what they had in stock for a particular event I was going to. I reached the assistant manager Elvia. She offered to pull several items including my shoes and have them waiting for me in a dressing room when I arrived. That's just what happened! I walked in and found everything I needed even shoes! She has excellent taste! I didn't have to take a trip to Walnut Creek. I was throughly impressed! The store was clean and tidy. Given they were having a huge sale I thought the place would be in disarray. Nope! The jewelry was even organized. I love the chandeliers that are hanging at the front entrance and dressing room! Very classy. Some stores have very cheap chandeliers that really takes away from the quality of their merchandise in my opinion. Definitely stop by and asked for Elvia”

“My wife and I went in to buy couple of gifts for 3 of our clients that are pregnant and ready to deliver within this next weeks. When We went into the store the service was very nice, the staff was smiling everywhere and all the Members of staff were very nice, Unfortunately We didn't pay attention to the young lady that helped us, She was so kind and very helpful. She suggested so many different things for our clients. What We really appreciate was that every time we asked her what we thought a difficult question, she was able answer it and suggest to us the best for our clients. We really liked the store and the staff. We are very thankful to the person that helped us and gave so many good suggestions. She made the trip worth our while. It was awesome. Last time we had a baby was around 19 yrs ago and things sure have changed a Lot! So many modern things and gadgets you can buy now a days for your kids. “Had a great experience with this store. I had a warranty issue with another store, Sunglass Hut in the Citadel Outlets, where they didn't have my pair of sunglasses and was sent here as that was the only other location that had the model of sunglasses. I get there, try to do a swap for my glasses but then I was told I had to pay half of the item price. I told the associate that I had reported the issue at the Citadel Sunglass Hut within 90 days and they told me they'd call back to let me know when they're back in stock. They never did and I had to do all the following up. The associate followed up with her manager Zack (Zach) and he worked with me. I came in to the store a week later and he did a straight swap on the glasses! He did his due diligence, looked into the issue, saw that the other store did not keep any logs of customer visits (even though they're supposed to) and made this right for me. I was ready to call it quits on Sunglass Huts altogether. I've bought at least 7 pairs of sunglasses through them and intend to keep buying more. However, Zack (Zach) kept me as a customer and did right by me. I'll keep going to the Apex location in Cerritos as they're definitely on top of their game.”
