We get there and its not ready had to wait for them to go back and forth before pulling it. The two guys helping load , we had a bit of an issue getting trail gate down. Young guy was patient older gentlemen was rude.. said they had to go too many people inside. I think it was more like closer to closing time. They literally put in truck enough to leave us there. Not happy with that part of customer service... we pulled into a spot to fix it . The crib was not cheap and I would expect better service”
