“I walked into this Sephora lost and confused and honestly frustrated after having an allergic reaction to a make up cleanser and was BLESSED to have Mehraj as my sales rep. It was pure divine intervention that he was my rep. He was the most knowledgeable, patient, and helpful customer service rep I have ever had in all my years of shopping. I normally don’t wear make up or have ANY skin problems so skin care lines are foreign to me. I initially drove to Elk Grove for a facial and it was canceled. I don’t live in the area but I am soooo glad I ended up here instead of there. Mehraj is absolutely in the correct field and I feel like this is his calling. He is simply amazing!”

“Agree with previous reviewer that the Marina Rinaldi online order process and the customer service number associated are horrible. Thankfully, after having a disappointing experience with the website, I turned to calling the California store. (The New York store was closed for the night.) The two stores in the US are completely separate from the website. I received valuable advice about fit for 3 different styles and was able to decide on the right pair of navy pants. Item was shipped free and arrived across country in less than a week. Besides needing hemmed--something I can easily do locally--they are a perfect fit! Love Marina Rinaldi clothes--definitely real quality.”

“Reading reviews honestly made me so nervous to go here, but I had a great experience with A Dressy Occasion! I found the perfect wedding dress and thought Donna and her associate (I can't remember her name) were absolutely lovely and sweet and great to work with. The price of my dress was so reasonable too. Finding modest gowns is so hard, but they had styles I wanted and even ones I didn't think I'd love but ended up loving! When I went in, I knew I wanted a good train, a neckline that showed my collarbones, and for it to be form fitted. The dress I got has sequins and is so beautiful!!! The only good thing about covid weddings, is that I get to wear it again when I can have a wedding celebration. It did take a long time to receive it, even with it being expedited so beware of that if you're planning a wedding within 6 months, you'll be crunched on time (at least I was!) I wish she had a store in california like the one in Arizona. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the veil. I know they go through somewhere else for the veil, but I was not happy with how it turned out. I wanted a veil that laid across my head, like a mantilla without the lace. I showed a picture of what I wanted, and what I ended up with was nothing like what I showed them. It was super puffy with a comb that goes in back (a typical standard veil. Not ugly, but not what I envisioned.) Then I paid to have it altered to be more flat so I'd be happy wearing it. I couldn't wear it the way I envisioned, so I didn't love it but had no time to find a replacement. It also got torn to shreds just during the hour at the temple. I had to buy a new one for our future wedding and bridal photos. Overall I highly recommend! Very happy with my dress, and I cannot wait to wear it again! Thankful for a beautiful modest dress that was affordable. OH! They also have other modest dresses too that I love! I wore one for my engagement session.”

The dressing room is quite small and the door that covers you is also small. The dressing room could be better lit and with a larger door. Other than that, I Will be returning to buy my scrubs here.”
