“Dr. Carmen Millado Uy had been my dentist for the longest time. She and her staff are friendly, professional, and accommodating. My husband and I used to enjoy going to the Clinic as they really made you at ease (though, scared) and we had fun. They will always accommodate you any time you call for an appointment. I always asked for early Saturday appointment as we reside far from the clinic. I really missed those days, but the time comes that we are no longer able to drive to this crazy freeways to get there. It doesn't matter whether it is a week end as crazy drivers are on the freeway all the time. We hate to change Dentist as we know that we will never find any Dental Clinic like this. We are so grateful for all the great services we had. Rachel, the crazy Francis that made us laugh while trying to composed ourselves being under treatment; their professionalism and love and caring. Justin (the daughter of Dr. Uy) who was a baby when we started going to the clinic, and now a teen - thank you all so much. Will miss you all. He was honest about what needed to be done, his prices were very fair and never did we feel rushed to have their braces taken off too early. “I feared going to the dentist. I would walk into a dentist office and hear the sounds of the drills or smell the scent of Novocain and lose my mind. I walked into Dr. Kim’s office and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made me feel at ease right away. A pleasant smell, no sounds of drills. A short wait later, I was in the chair, laughing with a nice assistant. Dr Kim came in explained everything that needed to be done. He is very soft spoken, and was very professional. “I started coming here after my veneer feel off on a Sunday, and they were the only place listed open. I didn't call that day. However, after reading the yelp reviews, I ended up making an appointment because I desperately needed care. It was an amazing choice. I have been going here for 3 or 4 years now. Dr. Chan and Dr. Hoo have amazing bedside manner. The rest of their staff is very kind, and I feel well cared for when I come here. Even though I am I petrified of dentists, I am way more at ease there than I was at previous dental offices. I also really appreciate the wait times. I can't think of a time I was waiting longer than 5 minutes. The appointment times are also refreshing; I was able to go at 6 PM on a Tuesday! I definitely recommend giving this clinic a try! In the 2020 pandemic: It's also worth noting that their COVID-19 precautions are top notch. As someone who has some risks for severe infection, I have barely left my house since February. I was very impressed by the variety of methods they use to protect against the spread.”
