I’m a born and raised SF born, and I looked everywhere for an orthodontist! I’m really big on my teeth and they definitely do great justice! Don’t think twice about coming in here because like what I said, they are amazingly friendly and they make you feel that you are in a safe environment. They definitely treat you like family! “The staff members are warm and polite when I entered the office. Upon sitting down, within 5 minutes the hygienist was ready for me. The hygienist, named Chris, is super informative and efficient while explaining to me what to expect and what she’s doing. Chris is also very good at making sure she’s not hurting my gum or teeth! Dr Safa also was very patient when answering my questions and never made me feel she was running out of time and had to leave to another patient. Overall, Apple Dental is super competent and compassionate at what they do!”

“We started seeing Dr Jill when my son turned one and she is as good as it gets. Her kind and patient demeanor is so endearing, she sings as she examines him and is never in a rush. My son happily sits for his exams/cleanings which is impressive because he gives us a hard time at home when we brush his teeth. When my insurance changed we tried a different pediatric dentist and came running back to Dr Jill after one visit. Even though she is out of network for us now, she is worth it! She really cares about her patients and when we had a fairly serious tooth issue come up she gave us informed, well balanced advice and made us feel really comfortable. I also love how her staff always promptly returns calls. I truly cannot recommend this practice highly enough.”

I was so impressed by Jessica, the smile dental assistant. She was not only kind and funny but she made my friend feel comfortable and it felt so casual. She even gave me a free lip balm! I had the best experience ever! The receptionist was very friendly and kind. She explained the whole process to me and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was very patient and took his time. They allowed me to use earphones to help reduce my anxiety and the dental assistant was amazing! She talked me thru the whole process and I was not in pain. Loved, loved their service. Very friendly and professional doctor is on a first name basis with patients. Clean and sanitized facility. “I can’t thank this office, staff & Doctor Kenney enough. I saw some reviews & was a bit nervous before my appointment. Walking in, I was greeted so nicely by the front desk lady. She was patient & she helped me through everything. I left my card at home & she went out of her way by typing my card number for copay. I was called in 30 of me being there (I was a new patient so I had to do alot of paper work.) that was the fasted I’ve ever been called. The nurse that took me back made me feel so comfortable. Mind you, I always avoid going to the doctors but she was amazing. In literally 10 min or even less the doctor came in. I told him all of my concerns, we talked & he walked me to get my labs done. Then, the man that took my lab work; omg... he was so fun!!! I could’ve stayed talking to him. He was super friendly. How did he make it not hurt?! lol He made sure I was taken care properly. They took exactly 24hrs to have my results!!! Everywhere I go it takes them forever & they dont call. This office called me & explained my results. The doctor was such a sweet man! The office is spotless, very clean....I saw some nurses wiping down counters after each person. Even over heard a staff member telling someone to make sure they check their temperature before they clocked in. I loved that. Definitely will be coming back to this office! I have found my new family practice!!! ??❤️”
