“Dr.S.Uppal has surpassed all of my expectations, and as a medical doctor myself, my expectations tend to be even higher than those of most people. I had a tooth ache for months, about which another office new but did nothing about, and it culminated in an unbearable pain thus I ended up needing an emergency root canal. After 10/10 tooth ache that prevented me from sleeping for days, I called many offices hoping to find a slot. The office I’ve been treated at before him gave me a Rx for Amoxicillin, Ibuprofen and Tylenol #3 and scheduled me for a root canal appointment 3 weeks out from the onset of severe pain. Every other office I called either had no available root canal experienced dentist and no availability till a week out. Dr.Uppal was able to fit me in within an hour of my call to his office. He explained what needed to be done based on my symptoms and X-ray results, immediately gave me appropriate amount of local anesthetic to keep me comfortable during the procedure, throughout the entire process showed great concern about my level of comfort, was extremely accommodating, compassionate and kind. He offered me a mirror to see what he was doing, explanned what he was doing along the way, including how the nerve was being destroyed, educated me on the newest equipment he was using that made root canal procedure more efficient. He made me feel respected as a patient and as a human being. At the end, he educated me on how the tooth issue started, what would be the best next option, and gave me various options explaining which would be the better for long term, without trying to push anything expansive on me. I trusted him immediately. This is the dentist that makes a profession of dentistry honorable and makes a visit to a dentist a pleasant one. I regretted going to that different office before him, which missed a problem that had already been there months before, a problem he had found and resulted in days of 10/10 pain that was preventable had the X-rays been read closely and had I been listened to more attentively, in the way that Dr.Uppal did. He also followed up with me by phone inquiring on how I was doing 2 days later. I will be recommending Dr.Uppal to all of my family members and friends as I can personally vouch for his utmost professional integrity, his absolute top notch quality as a dentist, and his caring, kind and compassionate approach to his patients. He is a type of dentist that is a true jewel, and his style is sadly becoming extinct in increasing impersonal profit driven healthcare and if you get to be his patient, consider yourself lucky!”

“I was referred by Western Dental in Sta Clarita for incomplete treatment of root canal because they could not do it aside from incomplete equipment and they messed up my mouth for prolonged opening. Dr Kristina is an angel to me. I had my root canal yesterday and she did it very nicely and explained everything what is going to happen. A very nice dentist and very dedicated to her profession. The clinic is very clean and new. The staff her name is Diane? is very accommodating and super nice. The dental assistant is very gentle and nice lady also. They explained to me everything including insurance stuff and how it goes. I told them I will recommend them to my friends and coworkers..good job and keep up the good work..it was a painless and very smooth treatment of root canal. God bless to all of you”

“Dr. Shirazi and her staff are amazing! They make you feel at home and with family. Her work is beautiful. Because of her I have a new lease on life. She is my angel on Earth. She is so caring to the patients and makes sure you are not in any pain. The drill she uses is a magic wand in her hands! She literally saved my whole mouth, she saved my life, I haven't been able to smile in 10+ years. The whole office is beautiful and very clean and you can even watch Netflix as you're getting work done. She will do whatever is in her power to see you smile again. The staff is grade A+ I will never go to another dentist again. They all made this experience as comfortable as they could.The doctor and staff go above and beyond (even if that means missing lunch and working on you all day). They work with you however they can to help you out. Most of the dentist I saw said I was a lost cause,but not this dentist she took me in with no judgement just care and concern. “I went for my first time and everyone was really nice. I'm a playful person so I joke around a lot and they enjoyed it as well as joked with me and were really out going. They took my exam showed me the problems, then they broke down the results and options to make my teeth healthier. They also helped me out by breaking down procedures in different dates instead of everything at once to help me out financially. They really do make you feel like family as soon as you get there. “So I had a big chip broke out from one of the big teeth on the right side of lower jaw. And it caused so much sensitivities every time I chew or have a cold drink. It really stressed me out because of the pain and I really hate/ scared of dental works! Who doesn't right??? :D Then my sister referred me to Dr. Andy office and I couldn't thank her enough. I'm so glad I made a visit to the office. It is very clean and organized. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. They can even speak Spanish and Vietnamese too but what's most important is that they really took care of me and guided me thru the process. I love how they have soothing piano music in the back ground and constantly ask if i'm doing ok. That really cleared up the FEAR inside me. So after the check up procedure like x-ray and other exam, Dr. Andy recommended me to get a crown for my broken tooth but if it still hurts then im gonna have to do root canal ( and that is my worst nightmare.) So that same day I got a temporary crown and 2 weeks later come the main. At first I thought to myself how am I gonna survive the tremendous pain this procedure brings but it actually not that bad. It didnt hurt like i think it will. And yesterday I came back to get the main one put on and it looked just like any other teeth. So perfect. And EYY!!! NO MORE SENSITIVITIES OR PAIN. NO ROOT CANAL ???? thank god. Im a happy champ ???? Thanks to Dr. Andy and his staffs for taking great care of me. Yall awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”
