I got Dr. Shannon's advertisement in the mail several times and was surprised to find him listed in my benefits network. I thought, OK, let's pick this dentist! It had been over 6 years since I had been to the dentist (my past dentist is in Thousand Oaks & did not want to drive that far after work). What a fantastic experience at Dr. Shannon's office that I had in August 2021! Great staff, so friendly & helpful! They did a cleaning, x-rays and an exam. I was so amazed to find out that Dr. Shannon knew my orthodontist from when I had braces at 11-13 yrs old (a very, very long time ago). Once I heard that, I felt like this was meant to be, I picked the best dentist! I just went back for my 6 month cleaning and again, a wonderful office experience.
