I’ve seen some patients who are in need of help and just arriving to PMC for the first time get upset because they were too late or missed their first appointment and can’t be seen that day. These people need to be patient, show up when they are expected and TRUST that the office will care for their needs. EVERY office has a procedure to begin treatment and the key is to get through the doors of any pain management or specialist. “The wait times can be long but everyone here is very accommodating and friendly. Honestly much better than the Huntington park location. I made the switch a few years ago because the HP location kept losing my information and I didn’t feel comfortable with the doctors there. As for the downtown location, I’ve actually been seen by many of the doctors that work there and I like them all. Of course I have a few favorites but overall everyone there, from the front desk clerks, nurses, phlebotomists, to the doctors are diligent and nice. I have seen them truly try their best to improve on management and scheduling appointments.”
