Josh was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. He made the shopping experience painless and easy. He even took the time to explain the benefits of the Geek Squad Protection they offer. Considering I was there to replace a busted dryer, I thought this was a smart move. When I got to the front counter, there was another customer ahead of myself, but Delores, being the helpful person she is, called Andrew from their warehouse to come start my order. I believe Andrew was a warehouse worker, but he did not complain at all about helping me and was very helpful double checking the order and entering it into the computer. Once Delores finished, she took over and took my money. I told her I was without a dryer and she scheduled me for the soonest appointment they could get to me. Absolutely amazing! I can't think of a recent time where I've walked into a store and felt like everyone was there to help me and not to just get a paycheck. I will definitely be coming here anytime I need something. Delores assured me they have a great staff in their bath department if I ever need any fixture. Home Depot may be bigger, but Pacific Sales has heart.”
