“I was just there about an hour ago or so to get a charger for my phone (I left mine at home) and I purchased one and got to work and it didn't wok... So I went back to exchange it and Juan (the METRO Rep) went to test them himself to see if it was defective... Turns out it was defective and he went to try get a replace charger (same brand and make) and that also was defective... So he offered a better brand charger and went to test it before selling it to me and gave me my full refund for the first charger and I purchased the other charger and gave me a discount on top of that.... NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE!!! Definitely a must stop by to get a phone, phone insurance, a case, and/or a charger.... GREAT JOB JUAN!!!!”

The most iconic is the Fender Stratocaster launched in 1954. The museum is a great place to visit. If you are a guitar enthusiast I would highly recommend it.”

“It was a pleasure to speak with you this morning, and thank you again (as always) for your all of your help!! To tell you the truth, I'm not sure 5 stars really addresses the work that Brian does. I've used computers for years, but I don't understand how they work or how to repair software problems, and Brian has come to my rescue on many occasions. I called Brian this morning because of a problem that recently surfaced, and Brian walked me through the repair over the phone. Brian always seems to know what to do, and I find his ability to solve problems quickly pretty amazing. Brian is not only highly skilled, he is patient, approachable, and delightful to work with. Brian has been my "go-to" computer specialist for years, and I wouldn't even consider contacting anyone else. If I could give Brian more than 5 stars, I would! He's great! Thank you, thank, you, thank you, Brian!! I don't THINK Yelp will filter it, but I can't be sure. My guess, though, is that if it's still on the first page tomorrow, it will probably stay there.
