“If you're looking for a piano, do yourselves a favor and just go to Kim's. We spent a LOT of time looking at pianos and visited just about every store in the area. The difference you get at Kim's pianos vs everywhere else we went however was stark. Every-time we visited a Kim's, we were greeted warmly by a knowledgable expert. We ended up visiting multiple Kim's pianos locations to hear the pianos in different rooms and explore different models and every experience was the same. Everyone we spoke to was very patient with us and took a great amount of time to help us make the best decision for our needs. When other piano dealers often felt like a used car sale, at Kim's we felt like we had an expert advocate for us in our corner at all times. We ultimately made our purchase of a CA99 piano and the piano was delivered promptly the next day. “Large store with a variety of products. The produce section is abundant and the produce looks fresh. There's no stench or foul smelling odor in the store. The shelves are often fully stocked. Someone comes to the alcohol locker cabinet fairly quickly unlock the alcohol. It's best to shop before 9-10am and between 1-3 pm as there aren't as many customers in the store. The shopping carts are frequently collected and waiting for customers. The lines to be checked out used to be so long with barely any checkers but they've improved the wait times.”

“I have been using Rick Stearns for over 10 yrs now and he truly is a computer genius. When reading the 3 Google reviews I do not deny that he smokes and I am not sure if it is in the store or out back however I was just in there the other day and I didnt smell any second hand smoke or otherwise. What I also like most i that Rick can fix my computer from his store/office on Team Viewer, it is cheaper and I don't have to deal with anything. I havent ever found anyone who know more than he does. In fact, I had a problem with my computer and it was Cox issue and they sent out 4 people and couldn't figure out what was wrong after about an hour or so I had them get on the phone with Rick and he directed them how to fix it in about 15 minutes. One of the guys from Cox couldn't believe it and said I will be calling him again! Pretty good referral if you ask me.”
