“I meant to write this yesterday, Saturday, after my lovely new bedroom set was delivered and set up on Friday. However sleeping on my new mattress set (closeout from Macy's awesome!) in my wonderful and beautiful new Constellation black bedroom set took up a lot of my time! The setup was great as Joe did an excellent job despite me sneaking in several times to oh and ah about it and talk his head off. I ordered this online and unfortunately due to the huge amount of fraud going on in the world today I had to go into the local store and confirm my ID and Credit card. Would love to state that this level of fraud and financial abuse is due to today's problems, that's not true. I worked at Bank of America in the early 1980's when it was only a California bank. Every 6 months we had the newest FBI graduate come in to give us bank tellers the information on the latest frauds usually being perpetrated on the elderly. We bank tellers were the last line of defense before the victim handed over their money to the scam artist. So it behooves all of us to always be careful with our money and for vendors to be sure they are getting their products to a legitimate purchaser. I really do love the bedroom set and would most definitely purchase more from Oak Furniture in the future. After all there is more of the bedroom set pieces for me to get to round out my remodel and decorating of my master bedroom!”

We've been using these cabinets for about 5 months now and we get nothing but praise for their looks... and I love the way they function. The NGY San Jose team is fantastic. I worked with Michael over the course of a month or so.... this guy is a wizard and provides excellent customer service. He helped me design a super functional and beautiful kitchen - and he was never pushy with trying to upsell on anything, he just informed us of all options and let us pick, while providing great insight. Also, I was really impressed with Michael's speed at which he was able to estimate a quote. I brought in a competitors quote (an online seller who I believed to be the cheapest, yet highest quality) and he had me a quote within 5 minutes of walking in that was about 30% cheaper - wow. He also responded to all email communications within 12 hours and was thorough with his information. The other team members were also a pleasure to work with. A lot of their stuff is brand new and they have great customer service! There is much more to look at than listed on the website. I have a beautiful 5 ft long mirror hanging in my room I purchased there for $20 and a brand new king size mattress that retails for around 2k for $500. I wish I would have known about this place sooner”
