“Michael is the best. We decided to remodel our kitchen on our home we were selling and bought basic HD cabinets. When we went install them they didn’t fit. We were such a bind because the open house was in 1 week. My husband found Michael and he had custom cabinets done for us in 3 day and the countertop was installed the next day. The kitchen looked so good we decided to have the kitchen in our new house redone. Prices are amazing, customer service was great. As soon as I spoke with him about getting a quote I knew I was in good hands. He was honest, knowledgeable, and gave me some great ideas on how I could make my kitchen more efficient. I didn't realize he could actually add drawers in my lower cabinets where there was originally just doors! The process of refacing with new wood face frames instead of veneers was a cost effective way to have a high quality remodeled kitchen. He was even able to make a custom stain to compliment my existing counter tops. I recommend North County Kitchens without hesitation. Andrew was very easy to work with, had a great sense of humor, and the process couldn't have gone more smoothly! In the end I have a beautiful new kitchen that I enjoy every day.”

“We got a quote to install laminate counter tops since granite was over our budget. We had to pay in full $6910.00 before anyone would even come out to look at the job. When the estimator arrived, he looked at the counters and said the job couldn't be done because the island counter was larger than the laminate sheets. We specifically asked twice if there would be a seam in the job and were told no. We cancelled the job the next day and had to wait 10 days to get a refund check. Home Depot converted our payment check to an electronic bank transfer and the money was taken from our account the next day. We will NEVER consider Home Depot for any major purchase. How can they get away with charging the entire job before it gets looked at. We have 2 estimates from independent contractors that will install the same job with hard surface materials for under $6000. Home Depot wanted $11000. It's a good place to buy fertilizer, but that's about it for us. ”
