Shannon gave me all the specs and estimated price for reference and I said we’d keep it in mind. Fast forward to a couple months ago, the hubs and I were ready to sofa shop and we did the rounds of the big stores. We both prefer to support local shops and so I took him to see the original couch. Shannon and Filly were so great and helped us customize the sofa/chaise for our funky little room. We just received the piece and LOVE it! It has transformed the room and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service every step of the way.”
