“I've taken several classes with different teacher. I like this studio because of the peaceful atmosphere. My fav class is Saturday morning/afternoon because we can get fresh air through the big window(door) from the garden while we are practicing. Although each teacher has different strength and unique different focus, most of teachers still put an emphasis on alignment and breath. I just moved to LA and explored several yoga places but this studio is top ranked on my record. The location is great( near USC and downtown), it has a plenty of parking spots, clean and has a beautiful garden which let me forget my work or responsibilities and bring me focus on the present moment.”

We take advantage of the practice classes and being able to go 2x a week for the price is really a great investment for our little one. My only critique is there isn't a designated place for stretching and/or yoga so if one wants or need to stretch, they have to lay a mat down pretty much any where they can find a spot. Having a designated room for this kind of thing would be really nice.”
