I've never had someone motivate me as much as Mr Lucas does. Even when I was having a bad day and just wasnt feeling it, he knew how to encourage me and push me to the next exercise. “Honestly this place is killing it. Now here is an honest review since I been coming here for 6 months now. The coaches are great and friendly The workouts are always different everyday and maybe the reason why I am committed to this box. Bootcamp x2 times a week and the rest are strength training days during the week. Open Saturday's in the a.m and closed during most major holidays! Classes are a not huge and groups here are friendly. If you are looking to build endurance, shed some weight and build some muscles than you might want to give this place a chance!”
