“My son has been attending classes here since last August (about 1 1/2 years) he was 3 years old at the time and has since turned 4 in this short period of time my son has learned how to recite his home address along our telephone number and what to do if he finds himself lost or separated from myself or my wife. I've read through some of the other reviews about the parents involvement during the class and lack of actual combat training, I believe our involvement in class is great we get to show support to our child while they learn to respect and listen to us while training. As far actual combat training I not sure what you would be looking within this age group? They are learning the proper techniques and forms so if they decide to further there training they will be prepared. All of the staff there has always been extremely polite and helpful to our family Master Gast is a class act.”

“I am one of the active member of Snap Fitness. This is the only gym that I want to train. Overall 100% rating, very tidy, from the equipment, training area up to the bathroom, are all clean. All machines are properly working, no broken equipment inside the gym, all our good looking so as all the staff. They are up to greet you when you come in and every time they passes to you. That's sweet.”

“Small trail but amazing view in side of ocean. You can park in golf club parking or on street. The trail has a short path beach access. If you want hike for 2 or 3 miles you should walk through the beach too.”

“Awesomeness! Admin Elizabeth did my intake and was extremely helpful. Manager April was there and shared her weightloss story with me which was very inspiring. I worked out for the first time this morning at 5:30am. There were 9 of us there despite the early morning rain and it was a leg day! Isaac the coach made everyone feel like he was there individual personal trainer. He played body moving music to pump us up or slow us down depending on the outcome he wanted. I did workouts I have never done before. This was the first time I have done a real workout in over 3 and a half years with weights and all. I gave it 100%. Needless to say after my last set I found it hard to stand (legs were spaghetti) and I felt like throwing up. I loved it! Another one of our group was staying for the next session with Monica and you could tell she was determined. I'm not there yet, but I'm excited to come back tomorrow and get a jump start on my resolution for the new year.”

Currently, my husband, Dana is doing a boxing / cardio workout with his personal trainer, Hugh Fitzgerald. He is very in tune with Dana's goals, very knowledgeable, has a calm demeanor and loves what he does. He is one of the best trainers my husband has ever had. We highly recommend Hugh and Exhale.
