“Location is decently located. Near freeways for easy access home and near grocery stores and restaurants for after a workout. Facility is VERY clean. I cannot emphasize how clean it is despite seeming not so clean on the outside. The Staff is mainly idle at their stations or cleaning the equipment every hour, but still friendly and knowledgeable. Been a member since February 2020 and I still really enjoy it.”

Sophia is excellent at showing us how to nail down our form and is a great trainer overall! I highly recommend it for anyone who doesn’t like to go to the gym and needs that extra motivation😊 Also, the price is reasonable, and I thought it would cost a lot more, but it's only $189 a month for unlimited classes, and the heart thermometer is $120, but they have a 3-month payment plan, so that's helpful🙌🏻 Oh and make sure you sign up at the location because you can't do it on the app!”
