“Haven't been in three yrs due to location but it's a great gym with good amount of equipments for cardio and weightlifting. they also have classes frequently which i've never attended. Customer service and trainers very friendly and doesn't bother you. Easy cancellation. Only gripe is that unlimited guest pass only allow each person two sessions so when i have multiple yr membership, guest pass is pointless. One guest pass a month would've been better. Overall, it can get crowded like every other gym but the layout made it less cramped.”

The one thing I loved is that He asks if your doing okay while inserting needles, and checks if treatment is going well. I had a very bad experience with another specialist that didn't communicate or ask if I was doing ok. Leaving a bruise on my shoulder for months. Acupuncture is relaxing and pain free if its done right. To some people like me, it might sting a little, but after the needles are off your left feeling relaxed with less pain. You can always count on Raoul to help you up if needed. You can also try cupping therapy that's makes you feel great after one treatment. The attention to detail, and consideration of someone's well being is excellent. Ladies He even has hair ties to lift your hair up if you forgot one. Receptionist are so kind. Overall cleanliness, neatness and decor is lovely and up to standards. They have water,warm tea, and relaxing music while you wait. Such an inviting place you won't be disappointed.
