“I love love love Dollar General here in Winters California, I mean it's my go to store, Especially for the prices, and savings, I love the people there, they seem to be more like my little family. The stores always well stocked, due to everything that's happening it's hard to get supply and demand, no fault of their own. Yes I would recommend Dollar General to anyone. Especially when your single, my specialty microwave lol. I'm sorry to see the clothes go however I'll adjust. I feel for what I see, as someone with an associates degree in Business Administrations,this is my opinion, The CEOs of these stores make billions yet they don't recognize the hard work their employees do, I feel they are over worked and under staffed and they deserve to have people training in each area, they need more cashier's and more people stocking shelves and then a team unloading trucks. They should be paid more, I feel you get more done, and when they decide to change things they should have training for two weeks. You can't just throw people in there and assume they will learn the system right away. Proper training, lots of team work, more workers more money less turnover. Respect for your team, makes things run better. Other then that I love all my babies at dollar general, now you can get fresh produce and I can get all my meals cheaper than the grocery store”

“When I started my home renovation, my contractor had "his guy" lined up to install all the audio and visual throughout the house. But when the time came, the guys price was outrageous and he was impossible to get a hold of, so I took matters into my own hands. After multiple bids and proposals I narrowed it down to Royal Theater and one other. It didnt take me long to make my decision. James and Jeff of Royal Theater Design are friendly, transparent and have clearly built their business on longstanding relationships and referrals. Their prices were fair and James spent hours working with me to customize a system that met my budget without sacrificing quality or sound. He looked at everything I already had and told me what we could use and what we couldn't. In other words, he wasn't in this just to make a buck, but rather to help me create what I was looking for without up-selling. His long time business associate Jeff showed up with his team first thing in the morning and got right to work. They were friendly, attentive and meticulous. They worked from the crack of dawn until nearly sundown to make sure the job was done on time and exactly the way I wanted it. They were so great they even kept my almost 6 year old daughter entertained from time to time. By the end of the day, not only did I have a perfect sounds system setup (with the potential to expand and upgrade it in the future), but my daughter, who had just begun taking cooking classes offered to cook Jeff breakfast next time he came to upgrade out system. In a world that seemingly has become so focused on the bottom line and squeezing customers for every last penny, it was refreshing to work with a company that put the customer first.
