“I've been using AAA for years now, and the rare times I need to use their DMV services completely justify me continuing to be a member. I was trying to transfer my vehicle to a new owner and I went back and forth with the DMV for, no joke, 9 months. Every time they lost something or forgot to mention I need some paper work... Needless to say, I was annoyed. Then I found out that AAA members can do vehicle transfers at AAA branches (Not sure why I didn't think of that before...). I went in, and within 20 minutes, they helped me complete my vehicle transfer. It took the DMV over 9 months to do what AAA took less than 20 minutes to do. Not only that, but the people who helped me we very friendly and knew what they were doing. I haven't had a single bad experience with this location, or AAA in general, yet.”

Their attention to their clients and details of your plan, protection in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, is always their highest priority. I have referred them to many friends as they also cover my family and I am referring them to you, a stranger. I would never trust anyone else but them with my car insurance as I feel it is very personal when something gd forbid happens. Knowing I can count on them lifts a heavy burden from what was already a terrifying thing to deal with, in my case, an accident that was not my fault. The only other thing I will say is they are never too busy to take my call, remind me when a payment is due, or when there is a better plan available.
