“Selling my house in IL, I was rushing to deal with a window that lost its seal and was not staying open properly. I called the IL company who had installed it and got the impression i needed a new window but they were scheduling months out. Finally tried Viviano to see when they could come and pricing. The nice person answering the phone asked me a few questions and then transferred me (to the owner I believe). This experienced and kind friend said that they would be happy to install a new window and make an exception to do it as soon as I needed it, but he asked me to explain what was wrong in case he could save me some money and help me get my sale taken care of. After a short conversation and a few text messages with pictures, he had explained to me how to easily fix the window over the phone and gave me the name of a local place to get the glass replaced same day (which ended up being my only cost, around $100). The first company I called who had installed the window was scheduling over a month out. I would have ended up giving the buyer $ for a complete new window at closing. Viviano saved me at least $200, probably over $500 and it was fixed the same day. He even texted me a week later to make sure everything was still working and that the house sold. All of this at no charge, and very friendly! Even if you're on the IL side, call them up and get their opinion. If distance will end up costing you more, he will tell you and let you know if someone else is overcharging. Thank you Viviano, better than calling a friend, like family!”
