He's the principle agent and very knowledgeable of insurance. He spent his time explaining to me the coverage limit in great details so that I could make appropriate decision on what to buy. Thanks to the multiple line discounts (I bought Auto and Home insurance altogether) and other discounts as well, the premium turned out to be very reasonable. It's not as expensive as I expected. After everything is done with contracts and payment, he also told me about the Referral Program. I then referred my cousin there. She was also very pleased with the service and decided to change her auto insurance to his agency. Due to this referral, I received $20 gas card from them. Yay!!!
