“Booked this limo service after seeing rave reviews on Yelp to go down to SAP center for a concert tonight. The first driver was on time very friendly and a good driver. He dropped us off and told us that another driver would be returning us. Fine... All good from there. When the concert ended we were able to fairly easily find the new driver. She was driving a huge Cadillac Escalade. Super comfy and roomy. Only one problem.. She couldn't seem to manage a car that size. She was driving 95 down the 280, swerving into other lanes, changing lanes into people's blind spots and at one point we caught her texting. When we finally made it home safely (whew) I called the company to report the reckless driving. The operator didn't speak fluent English and kept confusing me with another customer. When she finally figured out who I was all she could say was thanks for letting us know. Not even an apology. Didn't seem right after such a chaotic ride back up to SF. If I don't hear back from the company this week I will have to report the reckless driving to law enforcement. (Would've given zero stars but the first driver was great and doesn't deserve the bad wrap of his careless colleagues).”

“This laundromat is open 24 hours so it helps those who want to come at anytime. The staff is pretty cool except for one lady with glasses . The rest of those in charge are helpful. The downside for this laundromat is the parking. There are several days where it gets really crowded and other gets difficult to find parking . Washing clothes is made easy here rather then spending coins one by one ,you use a card where you add money and swipe.”

“From Friday to Tuesday it's usually crowded especially at night, you should also be sure to "Mark Ur Basket" if you are lucky enough to get one, because they are quick to take it even if they have 2-4 of them.. I prefer for the Black Guy or even the younger Hispanic Female to be there, because they actually pay attention to what's going on & they really clean the machines(they also don't have attitudes if you have an issue) plus also don't mess with your machine causing it to not wash properly if you make a complaint.”

“Best laundromat chain ever. Really nice manager, very convenient card system, and spacious. Rather than lugging around a bag off quarters, you just deposit money into a free card and pay with that. If you have money left over you can just save it for next time. The restroom is free for frequent customers, just use your card and you're in. Very clean, no tagging, always stocked.”
