I have never had anything but great help from these people, but then again, I bother to say please and thank you and make an effort to comport myself with a modicum of restraint and respect. “Positive: they have a scanning machine to scan in your paperwork & go. Comes in handy trust me! You can walk in no appointment needed to speak to someone. They have a computer room free to use. And daycare room! Also comes in handy alot of other places like Jurupa office riverside county dont have any of this. Only Negative: you will take forever to reach someone on the phone I've been on the line for 1hour just make a appointment or go in.”
